Profound change, breaking a life pattern in contact with the infinite possibilities in yourself: there is an energy week to help you. Much is asked of you, letting go of the known home and surrendering to a different lifestyle, a different daily routine. You are so transported by a series of activities that you think it can barely keep up with the experience to come, regardless of any views, opinions and thoughts that limit your life.
If you are open to the unknown and do not let you stop by uncertainty, fear or resistance, then there can be a wonderful thing happen. You feel real, you will come in contact with your own strength, the joy in yourself, your own source.

Method

We work with a chakra from India - and Aura models. In humans, several energy centers (chakras) to distinguish each with its own function.
Energy week will help you become familiar with this energy.

In many respects is an active commitment requested. By making contact with what your energy is present, you will be able to more deeply acquainted with yourself. This allows for significant growth steps.

Energy week starts on Friday(arrivale on thursday) with an opening session. Then every day is a chakra center, building of the first to the sixth chakra. We deal with themes that come with the respective chakra, such as existence, life with life, faith, identity building, love yourself and others feel, to express who you are and understanding to both you and the world around you clear to see. Thursday at the end of the day we close.

During the week you take energy in the daily routine, during the days and hours you are free in the late afternoon start the program.
That makes you different eyes can look at yourself and the opportunity for knowledge and energy during the night to doen.Sessies zn work, leisure, all with the aim of an inner process in motion.
